👉 Customers are required to present the following documents for service usage: ID card or other personal identification documents (with photo), Birth Certificate (for children), train ticket matching Customer Information and corresponding Destination station. Each train ticket corresponds to a single admission ticket. In case of failure to present valid documents at the ticket control gate, customers are required to pay the corresponding surcharge at the published price to use the service. Failure to meet the above conditions will result in service refusal.
